Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Out of respect for our barbers and clients we ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours or the appointment may be subject to a 50% service charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping this running smoothly for everyone.
